        Facility services and quality of services have diminished greatly. Continue to receive monthly paper bills even though I have given the facility my billing info several times as instructed by Mr Tony P. As for the rude female who I initially encountered today, who hung up the phone, you need remedial training

        Since the closing of Plainsboro, the gym has become too crowded. Yoga classes are crammed like sardines, heating and pool equipment repeatedly break down Tries to do too much for so many different population needs Staff and trainers are great, upbeat and helpful. Parking is packed, lockers and lap pool crowded. Not comfortable any longer

      Hi Joseph. Thank you for sharing your concerns. We apologize for the pool challenges, as we had been awaiting new boilers. We are pleased to share that we have just received new boilers and had them installed, so the pools should be running quite smoothly as we move forward. We noticed that you tend to visit during our more popular times. We offer 24 different yoga classes throughout the week. Please do not hesitate to speak with Cathy or Carol, our Group Fitness Directors, as I’m sure they can assist you in targeting some of the less busy classes. We understand January tends to be our busiest of months, but we are confident if you return on off-peak times, you will be comfortable and still be able to enjoy our dedicated, helpful staff and our latest improvements.
