        Don't waste your talent here. Senior leadership only cares about themselves. They are so out of touch with the employee and continue to think the employees are the problem not themselves. No teamwork, things are pretty much unclear for any new joiner in sense of way to work, raising request. You'll always have something to do. If you don't? You'll do other people's work for them.
