7T Construction company ( Dean and Minal) is truly exceptional with a client-focused approach that exceeded my expectations. Their availability to address any questions was greatly appreciated. They transformed my ranch property in Princeton into an utterly unrecognizable space - it's now a brand new property that surpasses all imagination. The renovation work was so skillfully executed that you'd never guess it was renovated or built up. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their incredible work and attention to detail. We worked with the Dean on our whole-home remodel. It was quick and easy to get a quote and it was reasonable compared to other design and build companies. Dean's experience was evident in his design ideas and his knowledge about what would be reasonable within our budget and scope. Our project was extensive, including kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and master bedroom remodels, and a bathroom addition. All of the work was high-quality and completed within our time frame. We love our new home and will definitely work with 7T construction on future home projects.

Dean and his team have completed a major project for us by redesigning the entire master bedroom / Bath and closet. He is very easy to work with and always has a "customer first" attitude. Always there to help and ensure that every detail request is met. We had many changes to our project that was not initially discussed, but he was very happy to accommodate all changes and make things happen for us. We had external contractors for shower door and closet design; who also came in and commented on the superiority of their craftsmanship. I will be happy to recommend Dean to all friends.
