Ok so I got approved No calls or anything from Val Caproni, so I didnt respond right away. I texted back through Zillow like Im still interested & want to view it. I got a message sent back through Zillow stating I can view it 5:45pm yesterday evening , still no phone call or email. By the time I saw the message it was this morning & I sent my apologies for the late response will there be a showing today???. Her response was unhinged saying Im working on applications now & wont be showing until they are finished So I left it on read, wont be spending my monies there Mind you, I paid Zillow to keep me valid for 30 days.

Stay as far away as you can. When visiting, the units seem nice, spacious, and cheap. When I finally tried to wash my hands of them, they made multiple mistakes returning my security deposit and tried to break the law so many times during the process that I had to get an attorney involved. Over the course of a year, I had pipes repeatedly freeze (inside temp was kept at 68-70F) which I warned them about. Management told me it was a common issue and not to worry. A pipe finally exploded out of my wall and would have flooded the place if I hadnt been running late for work. The plumber said that there was no insulation in the wall at all. I asked management to let it dry for a few days before sealing it, and they waited until I left for work the next day to seal it back up soaking wet. I had mold growth within a month. I ultimately moved because I couldnt sleep from the creaking from the floors. I tried to move into another unit and they did not accept my job offer letter and implied it was a forgery, even though I had the same job (from a very well-known company) as when I first moved in AND had gotten a 25% raise! For what its worth, I paid my rent on time every month and had no money taken out for damages. Many of the residents are elderly and likely cant afford to move, so management seems emboldened to behave in this manner. Make sure you calculate the cost correctly, as well. Water, sewer, electric, and gas combined put the price much closer to other places around.
