        Didn't have bagel bites but substituted for a whole everything bagel with cream cheese no extra charge and was very apologetic. Great coffee taught dunkin hidden menu a bit.

        Never the best service but today was the worst! I stood in line for 20 minutes while there was only 1 employee who was extremely rude and messed up my order. She had no idea what she was doing and my drink was watered down. Horrible Horrible service!
