Chase Bank

Excellent service. In this branch, the employees have the knowledge of each product the chase is offering. Very friendly environment. The manager Joe is very patient, efficient and know all areas. The gentlemen Sunil is very polite and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with this local branch. There are so many banks in Princeton, I strongly recommended this bank to all Princeton Students and local residents. They are friendly to young students as well. Encourage young children to watch their credit as soon as they open the bank account. Chase also watches suspicious activities on all accounts which gives me a peace in mind.

The staff here is the worst. Every transaction done with the folks in this branch is unpleasant - deposits, withdrawals, foreign currency, you name it. They don't listen, so it requires extra time and frustration to actually get what was requested in the first place. We drive to the Chase Bank on 206 specifically not to have to deal with the people in this branch.

Came here to open a business bank account and the women that I had the appointment with was very impatient and spoke to me like I was attempting to do something illegal. She asked me questions about my business and kept implying that I shouldnt open an account as its very regulated I was shocked on what she was saying to me, felt like I was actually a criminal for trying to open a new business account for my business. The way she spoke to me was like I was someone who was conducting activities not fit for chase bank Ive been banking with chase for my personal account quite some time now and Ive never been so disgusted by my experience with any bank until now.

I dont bank here by choice, I come here for deposits for my job in Princeton. Please dont bother, I walked out after Joe loudly complains about having to take 8 deposits. He asks if I have to deposit all of them, I say yes, he mutters Youve got to be kidding me. Im sorry I have to do my job, while you also have to do yours. Ill gladly drive these deposits to the chase by my house instead, or LOUDLY ask for another teller instead. Ridiculous. I paid the meter just to get back in my car and leave without depositing, I told this guy not to worry about it. Ill find a manager to complain to as soon as I hit submit on this review.

Teller always remembers my name, even after several months.  Deals with me without a hint of  impatience even when I mess up the simplest of procedures. It is that he is honored to deal with my mistakes!
