All of the employees at this branch are miracle workers. I was the victim of identification theft and lost over $10,000. Olivia, one of the greatest bankers on the planet, spent hours and hours and hours with me to ensure that the money was returned to my account, and that my family was made whole again. I could not be more grateful and I could not recommend this branch more enthusiastically. I will be forever banking with TD as long as the manager keeps Olivia as an employee - she is a true lifesaver, and I am so grateful to all the employees who stood by me during a very difficult time .

Hire MORE WORKERS, don't keep customers waiting. The same thing everytime. FIX THIS TD Management. Not happy! lots of Time wasted.

Just told me it would be a 30 minute wait for temporary checks and suggested I go someplace else for it. Utterly ridiculous. I have the same issue at every single branch

From the first moment I walked into this branch of TD Bank located near the campus of Princeton University at 255 Nassau Street I knew I had found a bank that was perfect for my needs. I have been a client now for over many years and the service has been A+ The manager of the store, Pammi Jaggi, made me feel right at home on my first day and assisted me in the paperwork for both my business and personal accounts. The assistant store manager, Joy Desai, is also excellent in helping to create a culture of always putting the client first. The staff has been a been a delight to work with because of their initiative, courtesy and skill in handling my questions, particularly in a recent situation that was complicated. I want to thank all the staff including Zee, Olivia, John, Kashifa and the others who have been helpful in every way, never getting impatient with my questions or banking needs. The Lobby is large and comforting with coffee, water and a large couch that makes it easy to wait if there are other customers. I highly recommend this Store. Highly recommended this branch with very professional and knowledgeable staff to help with all your banking needs. They have gone over and beyond to help a traveler solving issues with the credit card.
