The worst auto insurance ever, the wheel you in with great prices, but as soon as an accident occur they go mia, you cant reach anyone from claims, no adjuster, no supervisor anyone!! Then they try to deny your claim!! If i could give no stars i would

I know someone who has had their service for over a year and when it was time to renew their policy they did not take the payment via autopay. After that they canceled the policy, we contacted them and they admitted it was their error but tried to make them pay for a whole new policy and pay $250 down plus increased the rate also. After multiple days of contacting them and having the policy reinstated they still tried to make them pay all these extra fees that were supposed to be waived due to the error on their part because they said they were using a new updated system. For 72 hours we had to keep calling and explaining the same issue while they kept making up new charges for renewal, payments and so on. After finally getting the policy reinstated they still said that we owed $3.40 because the initial payment did not process even though this was an error on their part. But said they waived the fees and this amount would only show up on the next statement. If I was anyone reading this try to stay as far away from CURE because they do not have any accountability for their mistakes.
