RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! What a scam. They came to fix our dishwasher and it was a $200 charge still not working. Came again oh its a different problem $300 again not working oh its a different problem $200. $700 all in for a dishwasher that wouldve cost $500 to replace brand new. We had a toddler and a newborn it was also holiday season so we were exhausted and in no place to argue. When questioned the repair staff just laughed. They sent different people so they didnt know what the other guys did and NOW 2 years later and its broken and not covered by these scammers. Please avoid this company at all costs. We have used Appliance Master in the past for washer and dryer repairs to our 20-year-old+ appliances. We have always been pleased. Recently we needed a new evaporator fan for our 7 year old GE French Door refrigerator. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly then we had to wait 10 business days for the replacement fan. OK, this stuff is happening a lot lately. But the cost of the repair was astounding - $503 for a $40 fan. Seems like we were charged for two repair calls even though they claim the dispatch fee is waived if they then do the repair. The tech himself was fine, good guy and he knew what he was doing. But next time I will do this repair myself. There are dozens of YouTube videos showing how easy it is. Service: Refrigerator repair

Was great to find a repair service that respects the customer. They have late appointments, they allow you to book online and they have two hour windows. My service tech was on time, didn't rush through the issue and was completely professional. This is the first appliance repair shop that I've ever had that I was really happy with and showed respect to the consumer. I'm tired of the attitude of you have to wait all day for us to show up even if you have to take time off of work in case we come when you are at your job. I would highly recommend Appliance Master and they should be high on your list when choosing a repair service.
