I stopped by the other day ready to purchase some faucets for a newly installed bathroom vanity. Our contractor friend who was with us recommended them since they have quality items. We arrived and there was a sign on the door stating due to Covid they were only taking appointments. I called the number on the door (literally standing outside) and they answered from their office inside (we could see them through the doorway!). NOONE was in the showroom. We were told no, despite us being outside ready to purchase items, we didn't have an appointment and that worked better for them. Absolutely unbelievable!! I would like their staff to be aware 1. The world has moved past COVID shut down (it's 2023, not 2020) and 2. We gave our money that same day to another store. And 3. Our contractor friend who works for a large area business also saw your rude, insane business model and will be telling others to never step foot in your store.

Mary Beth and Patti are professional, knowledgeable and best of all, willing to offer their own insights and opinions when asked. That was most helpful in making decisions. A beautiful showroom.

Patti and MaryBeth were OUTSTANDING! So kind, helpful, patient and accommodating to fit our specific needs. Allowed us to take as much time as we needed to make our decision about our unique bathroom needs. They insured that delivery and the product was of great quality and fit our budget. Always made themselves available to answer any questions that we had. They made us feel like family! I highly recommend their service!

We purchased Omega Dynasty cabinets and Top Knobs pulls for our master bathroom remodeling project from Baths Etc. We could not be happier with the results thanks to Mary Beth. She is very knowledgeable with great taste and wonderful design skills that gave us a solution we would have never thought of.  As well, she was able to have Omega make modifications to the drawers for one of the cabinets to accommodate a sink and its plumbing while preserving as much storage space as possible. The customer service she and the rest of the team, Patty and Jeidy, provided was top-notch.  We highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
