        We recently found out this Lakeland branch is closing down and we are dissapointed. From all the branches we have done business with including where we opened our account does not compare to this branch. THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you can ask for. Tatiana Hold is very attentive, detailed oriented, she goes above and beyond to provide customer service. We strongly feel the wrong branch is closing down. Marie is a sweetheart too. Going to miss seeing you ladies. Wishing you much success from Silvia and George on behalf of Acropolis School of Real Estate.

        The cash deposit function hasn’t worked in the last several months. The ATM alone was out of order for at the very least, 3 + months. Terrible service.
