        I had stopped going to this place 1 year ago due to bad customer service the lady at the counter was always angry and rude. Ok so today I decided to give it a try again. BIG BIG MISTAKE. Spent $20.00 for a burned bagel with 2 slices of taylor ham on an egg bagel which was supposed be an everything bagel. A cold ham sandwich no chips But what makes me mad is the amount of money we spent and the guy had the courage to give me a burned bagel impossible to eat. I wonder would he eat his bagel like that? And what they can do ? NOTHING absolutely nothing. They are good to take your money but not good to keep a good customer service. The bagel place up the street it is much better.

        Ordered their protein wrap w/egg whites, grilled chicken, spinach and swiss cheese. I also added some avocado, it was delicious but the chicken was a little dry. The whole staff was very friendly, I order from them about once a week have never had any issues.
