Joe, from Roberts Electrical Services, is a true professional. He took my call on a holiday and went above and beyond to ensure my power was restored. He made several trips to my home while the parts were on order to ensure my electricity and heat were running. He called daily to keep me informed of the progress of the order and to let me know when hed be back to complete the work. As soon as the part arrived, he returned and replaced the old parts. Its never convenient to lose power, but Joe could not have made the repair and restoration process easier or more pleasant. No need to look further for an electrician. Joe is your guy!
