        been going here for about 2 years. long story short. i had a crown that they wanted to replace because there was a crack in it. so they replaced it and about a month later the crown came loose and had a hole in it. i called to see if i could get compensation because insurance would not cover a replacement. the office refused to give me anything unless i came in. i had moved to virginia and would have had to drive almost 5 hrs for them to look at it and then MAYBE they would consider giving me a refund. over 2 months later i cant even file a quality of service complaint with the insurance company bc they havent completed the claim due to missing x-rays from the dentist Regardless if I didnt FINISH TREATMENT, there should NOT BE A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CROWN. POOR DENTAL SERVICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        I have had extensive work done here. $$$ Threw out the process lots of questions about bills by me and my insurance co. I feel they are not honest at all. Be careful. Also they only accept cash...not cards...

      We appreciate hearing about our patients experiences at Smile a Bit. Clearly, this isn’t what we want from anyone! When we saw you in January of this year for the crown the Doctor cemented with temporary cement advising you to come back in two weeks TO FINISH TREATMENT since you had symptoms of needing a root canal on the tooth. However, you moved out of state within this timeframe without informing us. Unfortunately, we cannot refund a service that was completed, we did advise you to please come in to complete treatment as planned. We want to turn your experience from a disappointing one to a terrific one. I hope to hear back from you!
