Randy went the extra mile very knowledgeable, and super friendly. Brian was top notch helping navigate the best upgrade options. Zero unexpected downtime for transition to new machine, delivered everything as promised and then some! Very pleased with being back up and running right away!

When calling the help desk, I always receive a quick friendly response. My issue is resolved before even getting off the phone.

James and his team were great. My laptop was broken and they took it yesterday afternoon and replaced it with a new one by the following morning. It was completely restored from my old machine including favorites and documents. Great turn around time and great company to work with.
