I was given videos and an explanation of all the work done and items that I could do in the future. The quality of the work was perfect and incredibly timely. If you want piece of mind when it comes to auto repairs, look no further. I have been a client of Tom Bollitieri from day one and his work is excellent. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done now and what you can expect in the future so you can plan accordingly. I am a Jaguar owner and wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.

Top notch service. Brought in my 911/996 to have them looked into a front-end vibration and a sporadic warm start issue. Owner and chief mechanic Thomas has very deep knowledge in diagnose electrical problem and he is very attention to details. This is not one of those shop that will tell you to replace all possible problem parts and call the day. Thomas will look into the root cause and explain to you in details on what went wrong before recommending a fix. He is the most patient mechanic I have ever encountered. He is honest and respectful. In the end, the issues that I had were addressed in a timely and effective manner. I was provided videos and voice recordings on the diagnostic process and a detailed report. Almost forgot to mention his rate is very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for your automotive needs without hesitation.
