I have been living in the Pompton Hills Apartment Complex for 34 years. During that time I have had several building managers, All of them were good, but none better than Ljuman Kolonja. He has kept the grounds immaculate, addresses problems quickly, and is always available to solve maintenance troubles. Ljuman has done a great job of overseeing snow removal in the parking lot and rise early in the morning to clear the sidewalks and porches. His best quality, in my opinion, is his honesty. When he schedules something to be done, it is done on time and done right. He is always available to answer my questions and provide assistance when necessary. Just a good man. As residents of Pompton Hills for the past seven years, my wife and I have been very happy with our apartment, anything that needed attention in our apartment, and the overall care and attention of the property. Always nicely keptclean and attractive, the property managerLjuman Kolanja, is very attentive to everyones needs and is always prompt and courteous. A five star rating for us!
