JoJo the teller would not order me a replacement debit card without my Drivers License due my lost wallet but she deposited a check into my account. She told me I had to call the 800 # or download the bank app to order a new debit card. I went home and called the 800# to order a new debit card and found out I had unauthorized transactions from the lost card and the account was over-drafted. The teller did not offer to check for unauthorized transactions. The two tellers were more interested in telling me what they couldn't do for me instead of what they could do for me.

Friendly employees made it easy and painless to make changes to our accounts. The branch is also clean and well-staffed.

Went in to close a few accounts (5) and move the money into one account. They asked me to transfer the funds to the main account because it would take a long time to create the certified checks. So I did, once the transfers were done per their request I wanted to close the accounts. Then I was informed since I just did a transfer I would have to wait to close the account until Monday. I leave for vacation Monday and now with a 0 balance concerned there will be fees on the account. Everything you hear about WellsFargo feels real. When I go back I will be closing all of my accounts.
