Totally unethical. Paul Ward sent us a confirmation for 2020, which is a legal contract. When he sent the final forms he had arbitrarily changed out date without my consent. He argued there was no confirmation at all until I produced it. Then he said it was because of Leap Year! He had us look at another house and when we said it was acceptable, he told us it was actually not available. He has not returned our July 2019 deposit and I doubt he will. This in unethical operation illegally breaking contracts. And now, he's charged with arson from this past November, causing a million dollars in damage. He was always unethical, and now he's a criminal.

Paul and Brian at Ward Realty have gone above and beyond in helping us to rent our condo in Point Pleasant Beach. (900 Ocean Ave. Unit 36 by the way - it's an awesome place!) Highest possible recommendation if you are looking to rent, buy or rent out. They are incredibly knowledgeable of the area!

Paul and Brian at Paul Ward Realty in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ were amazing. Prior to arrival they had everything buttoned down including how to arrange for our late arrival. Throughout our stay, when things popped up they were VERY available and responsive -- couldn't have asked for anything more from them! I'd rent through them again in a heartbeat if we were ever to rent another home

I have been a client of Paul Ward for over 30 years. I first rented from him then I purchased my summer home from him 31 years ago. I have been renting my house in both summer and winter with Paul and have never had an issue as he always gets us top notch tenants. He is a true professional who has our best interest in mind.
