Where to begin. I was working with Rich for over 8+ months. He provided property analysis's for me even when they were tedious and never complained about it. He was super responsive day and night and even on weekends on his day off. When he was busy he still made me a priority and got me an answer fast. Rich will work tirelessly to help you get into your new home. I was facing a particularly difficult home purchase that ended up dragging on for over 6 months. He was very patient throughout the whole process and helped me navigate all the twists and turns of this particular purchase. I do not think many people would have the patience that Rich did. Once the mortgage application was finally submitted we were able to close in less than a month. Their closing team worked extremely fast to prepare my closing documents and had them ready in less than 2 days. Rich had us use a hybrid closing experience which allowed me to digitally sign about half of the closing documents online, cutting down on the time I had to spend in my attorneys office.
