        I would like to mention that Russ has been excellent to work with each and every time I've contacted him. Russ is friendly, has the willingness to really help people out and has a good sense of humor too! Most importantly, Russ is a good representative of the company and has gone above and beyond to make sure he got us the items we needed in a timely fashion !

        Not sure who the guy at the front counter is with the goatee and neck tattoo, but he is very unpleasant and should be nowhere near the job of providing customer service. VERY, unhelpful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer. He is short tempered, condescending and has a miserable attitude. Will take my business elsewhere next time. Provide some customer satisfaction training to your employees! Isnt it funny how the owner doesnt reply to negative reviews!!

        Russ is a total professional with tons of knowledge. He took the time over the phone to help me determine the right part for the job. Let me know they moved to Fire road. A tremendous help and everyone from operator to Russ were pleasant and happy to help us. Keep up the the great work!

        Really disappointed to came this morning to find the store close at 10:30 am ,even they advertised close at 12 and a person inside ignores me at the door.
