unprofessional, terrible morticians.. wouldnt recommend for a dead DOG. made my deceased aunt look unrecognizable. very disappointed

In 2018 my mother passed away. I was calling different places to make arrangements for her before she passed away. Every place I called they simply said give us a call back when she passes away. They were so emotionless. I was so saddened. I called this place and got Mary on the phone. Mary I dont know how to tell you was so amazing. So listened to me and was so helpful and guided me every step of the way. I called her a few times trying to reassure myself right before my mother passed away. Each and every time Mary was patient and guided me. After my mother passed away everything Mary said happed exactly as that. Like other funeral homes where they take advantage of you when your loved ones die, she did exactly as promised. May God bless Mary and her daughter for helping me in my difficult time.

Beautiful people without Allah sending me to them wouldn't have had the little peace I had try to Barrie my mother. May Allah reward them All good in this life& in the next, Ameen.

Worst Place Ever. I have been involved with two funerals at this place and would not recommend to to anyone. For the first funeral, they messed up the obituary...only used part of the pictures/information that was emailed to them. For the second, it was unforgivable. After the service, we were in the cars waiting for the hearse to go to the cemetery, when the lady came over to say we had to wait for the burial as the casket was defective...it would not lock. You would think they would have checked that ahead of time. That is the last thing a grieving family needs. Needless to say, we has to wait for another casket to be ordered before we could proceed.
