TRAVELERS: AVOID AT ALL COSTS My partner and I booked a Covid test for travel at 505 W BLACK HORSE PIKE Pleasantville, NJ 08232 location on Saturday January 15 @ 1000am and 1015am. We arrived to the location at 950am and found that the pharmacy was closed. We received a confirmation email the morning of January 15 confirming our appointment!!!! We needed to get the NAAT test which test results were in 2-24 hours as we were flying to Canada on January 17 evening and the PCR would take too long to receive results in order to catch our flight. It is absolutely horrendous customer service for you to allow customers to book a Covid test on your website on a day you were closed! Even the sign on the door said you were closed Saturday and Sundays. You put us in a really horrible and stressful situation where we almost did not make our flight because of finding a Covid test in time. We called urgent care centers and they did not offer the NAAT test and only PCR with a 3-5 day turnaround. Shame on you for allowing this to happen. We wasted 3 hours of our time going from pharmacy to pharmacy begging them to give us a Covid test to be able to travel back home. Luckily a store at 1006 White Horse Pike, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215 pharmacist helped us out of the graciousness of his heart.
