        Selma is a very good hair braider and I have been going to her for a long time. I had a appointment last week @9:30 am. She was not there by 10am. I tried calling her and her phone kept going to voice-mail. I called again @10:30 same thing. So I left and will never return again. Till this day she has never returned my call. Horrible customer service.

        Made an appointment for my boys to get cornrows. When I came in 10 minutes early, they acted like they had no idea about the appointment but said they could get them done. I left my 12 year old there for 30 minutes and came back to new people in the chairs and my son still hasnt been braided. I tried to ask how much longer because there were several women waiting for service. The employees flat out ignored me. I had heard they were rude but now I know.
