So sadly quality and service does seem to have gone down hill. Been there recently and the slices of cakes they offer have been horrible so far:( like they have been left there for days. Service was eh when I went in person but the icing on the cake was when I called them this morning and asked them if they had a certain cake in stock. They immediately said no and hung up, did not even let me ask for another.

I paid $97 for different cakes and pastries. Everything was bad. Too much cream too sweet. The thing is I bought different pieces as present but no one enjoyed them. Tiramisu was ok and cannoli (everyone removed chocolate on top). But why do you put this much unnecessary creamand the cakes are dry On top there was an employee who rushed me to make a decision. Like cmon I said give me two minutes to choose and hes rushing me again Not coming there for a very long time

Minos used to be our favorite spot for cakes and cupcakes. Looks like they are under new management. Cashiers are rude and inattentive, on their phone, lacking the outstanding customers services the bakery once had.It's is sad so see your favorite place turn into this. I would definitely not going back after this experience.

The cake I bought looks very delicious but the service is poor, you should be careful with the ladies who serve the premises, they are very bad-tempered and rude.
