# 1 Stop De La Cruz Auto and Truck Repair

They took my son's car in June. I didn't need it completely done until November when my son got his license but I actually could have used the extra car when my car was down. By August I started checking in regularly-each week they said next week it will be done. It is now February. The taillight has been seen smashed, the passenger side door now does not match the rest of the car? I have no idea why except probably someone backed into it and they replaced the door with a door from a junk yard. They never gave a written estimate. They now, in January say it needs a new engine...not July, August, September, October, November, December... they say that now- after they have had the car for over 7 months!

I never make back reviews but this place is trash ! went in for breaks and oil change they only fixed the breaks I checked oil dip stick when I left and dirty oil was on it went back next day they act like they did it but insisted to do it again ?if you know you did a oil change why would you do it again! Fast forward started hearing a noise I never herd from my car took it to Walmart they checked it no oil at all had to pay for an 2nd oil changed I was driving around with no oil because of them thank gosh my engine didnt overheat because of their negligence!
