        Jackson Hewitt Plainfield N.J. 2 ladies who were at location were helpful and friendly . Actual accountant whom they checked returns with was not very knowledgeable. He did not know rules for claiming alimony deduction. I had to explain it to him. A simple Google search explains it easily. The return he presented to me to file also did not include my mortgages interest and mortgage insurance. I had to have it added in when I went to sign returns. Process took 4 days when it should have taken 1 hour .

        I recently went back to Jackson Hewitt to do my tax and was deeply disappointed. Mainly because the fee they told me, was NOT the fee they charged me. A representative from the IRS told me years ago not to go to such places and I didn't listen. Shame on me! Also, the Dunellen site charges between 500-600. DEEPLY SADDEND!
