What a fantastic group of people from office staff to Angel and his group. Our stairs are absolutely gorgeous we are over the moon with the outcome would hire again in a heartbeat! Thanks again for a job well done!

I cant say enough about Angel, Heather, and the rest of the team. I had another stair company contracted to renovate my stair case and railings. It was a one man show and thought having the owner working on my staircase I would get the attention to detail even though it may take a little longer to finish. 5 weeks in I was living with no railings and less then a half finished staircase with highly noticeable flaws in craftsmanship. After 2 straight weeks of him not showing up at all, I decided I needed to find another company to complete the job. I came across Pinto on the internet, they have website with pictures of very nice looking staircases and good reviews as well. I called and spoke with Heather who was very helpful and scheduled Angel to come out within a few days. They were booked about six weeks out and put me on the schedule, not only did they show up on the day they said 5 weeks prior, I also received an email on that Friday letting me know they were going to start work on that Monday. The job was completed in 4 days!! Angel was here for the whole job and everything came out amazing. In todays day and age it is very rare to find a contractor who delivers exactly what was promised. Although this sounds like a fake review, I assure you It is not! I am just a very happy customer that received nothing other than a great experience! I am rarely this impressed with a company and thats why I am writing this review. If you are thinking of a stair contractor this is the company I would highly recommend.
