I think I will change my pediatrician, they never answer the phone, you call for an emergency, not for nothing, the children need to be attended to, and the staff, not to mention, are not very friendly, let's say.

This Plainfield office is very bad, they don't answer later and say that they don't have an appointment and that they can't help someone, the service is now terrible, and the office is empty and they are full, bad service.

Doctor Morin is great but this office ever since they change personal front desk I everything just went down hill from there. I dont recommend because they never have appointments available, when you do have an appointment they cant even call you to confirm one day before and also the hours are minimum. Is just not good anymore, sadly I had to change the doctor . I wish Doctor Morin had her own office shes great and the office is close from my house.

A terrible office, the girls at the reception are not interested in what the mothers of the patients tell them, the phone has not worked for many days, when you call, only the song comes out and no one answers, they do not give good referrals, my son He had a fall playing and Dr. Morin ordered him to do an They called me the next week to tell me the result when my son even had his arm in a cast and early that same day I told the receptionist that something was wrong with the phone but they didn't even answer there is no help for anything I have been in that office for 23 years with my children before it was very good but now with these new receptionists it is not good

Excellent nurses, everything very clean in the office, all protected with their masks and an excellent doctor.
