Gerardo and his team restored the outside of our historic house. I can't say enough about him. For three and a half weeks, they were at the house from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. very respectful and friendly, it was a joy from beginning to end. He's the best contractor I've ever worked with. Gerardo & his team did a fantastic job with remodeling our upstairs bathroom from head to toe, he has helped us with other painting jobs around the house & the end result is nothing more than fantastic. great person to work with & his team. we continue to work with him for any contracting work around the house , they are the best.

High quality people that do high quality work at very reasonable pricing! Gerardo and his team are excellent with deadlines, we bought a townhouse and needed our floor sanded/stained/sealed as well as the entire inside painted and only had two weeks to do so between our closing and move in date. He and his team got right to work and got everything done very efficiently and in a timely manner. We reached out to him again a few months later as we were looking to get all our bathrooms remodeled, carpets removed/hardwood installed, ceiling fans installed, lighting updated, among other things. He and his team got right to work and everything came out exactly how we wanted it. They are very professional, friendly, responsive and hardworking people who are more concerned about their quality of work and wont nickel and dime you for additional things you may ask them to do that wasnt on the original contract.
