I had a GFCI socket spark and smoke situation. I needed it replaced immediately. I called Tri Starr Electric, spoke to Neil the owner and two great electrician's; very polite and professional, came out the next morning. They replaced the faulty socket, also checked my other sockets. I needed another one replaced and it was. The cost was reasonable and the service impeccable. I feel safe again!!

Highly recommended. The company should be called 5-star Electric, based on the service they provided installing a EV Home Charger (Charge Point) for our new Tesla. The entire experience, from my initial call with Neil, to the installation with Martin and Chris shortly afterwards, to post install questions, were all fabulous - worthy of 5 stars. After buying my Tesla, I needed a home EV charger installed quickly. After searching Facebook and seeing great reviews for Neil at Tri Star, I contacted him asking for a quote. Honestly, I was skeptical, thinking the positive reviews were from friends of Neil. Nope, all the positive reviews were founded. Neil helped me understand the charging options (Tesla, non Tesla), gave pointers to discount programs (JCP&L, PSE&G), and of course supported the permit aspects, installation scheduling within my township. The quoting process started with a short visit, where Neil looked at the path from the electric breaker to the charging area and discussed what the final charging setup would look like. From there, he was very responsive, patient and proactive in his recommendations (having worked with many other EV homeowners in my area), and handling the hundred questions I had a first time EV car owner. Quote approved with a reasonable price and a few short calls later, the installation was scheduled Martin and Chris came to do the install and were very personable and thoughtful in the installation process, and provided the same 5 star experience that Neil provided through the buying process. I was nervous that the final result would be a Frankenstein setup due to the setup of the house, but they did a great job with the wiring and mounting and thinking through how to work through a few home routing considerations. No shortcuts just to get the charger in place. The result was beautiful (see the pic), including the fact that the house was left spotless. Thank you guys. Post install, I had to reach out to Neil with questions for the charger rebate, and he was very responsive. The entire team was knowledgable, experienced and courteous through the entire EV charge unit installation journey, which helped me as a first time EV owner. Highly recommended - worthy of a 5 star rating

I recently got in touch with Tri Starr Electric for a quote to install two ceiling fans, a chandelier with a fan, and move another chandelier. I'm really happy with how everything turned out. The quoting process was easy. When the estimator came, they looked at what we needed and explained everything clearly. After they gave us the quote, we approved it and scheduled the service. The service itself was great from start to finish. On the day of the service, we got a text telling us when the technicians would arrive. Jorge and Jose, the electricians, did a fantastic job completing all the items quickly and professionally. They cleaned up after themselves and even showed us how everything worked. They also made sure to fix some loose outlets to keep things safe. I highly recommend Tri Starr Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done. They really know their stuff and care about doing a good job.
