Very disappointed in this place they only gave me the checkup to put on my braces and I have been waiting for six months for them to be put on and they never make an appointment and if they answer you they leave you waiting and in the end they cut you off and it turns out that there is no one to talk Spanish, seriously, I'm so disappointed in that place, I don't recommend it.

Wish i could give this place zero stars if they tell you theyll follow up and call you back surely they will not. they will give you false information thatll have you wait for weeks for you to follow up and for them to tell you completely different information what a waste of time

Been calling for an emergency appointment for 3 weeks today is 1/27/2024 and the answering service keeps sending messages great dentist but bad customer service and no urgency.. this is the worst experience I have ever had with an office. I really hope they can fix this until then I guess Ill have to take my business elsewhere mind we have been to this office a few times before so its not like we are new patients here.. hopefully they will call back before I find someone else to go to
