I don’t usually write reviews, but I highly would recommend this company. The owner is a young gentleman that is a hard worker himself. Joe did a great job gutting out my bathroom, he left everything clean. Price was awesome. If you need anything call him. I already referred him to my sister, she is remodeling her bathroom too. Thank you Joe, will definitely call you soon for my garage.

Called Joe this morning for an estimate. I had a small bathroom that I wanted to break up the porcelain tile in. It wasn’t a huge bathroom , maybe around 50 square feet. When I got the price I was in shock. Not only was the price cheap but after I asked if it was possible to be taken out today Joe went to his truck and grabbed a hammer drill, a garbage can, and 2 tarps. This young guy tore up my floor and cleaned up in less than 2 hours. With this being said I highly recommend Joe. He is honest, sticks to his price , extremely fast, and most important very reliable. Thank you Joe.

I actually went onto Yelp to find a local company to haul away a pile of junk including a folding couch from the driveway, which needed to be removed immediately because I was afraid the town might ticket me. Most of the companies looked like regional or national companies masquerading as local -- but Demo First looked legit local so I called. Anybody in this area knows how hard it is to find honest and reliable pros but ...I am happy to report that Joe came through for me. He was able to do it when needed, super professional and worked with me on budget. (Raised right, obviously!) Looking forward to using the company again and pleased to recommend. Cool branding, website and business cards, too, and I see that they provide other services as well. Good job and thanks!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Joe showed up for the estimate within 3 hours. I had a old medium size shed to take down. He took it down with one of his guys really quick. The price was awesome, the way they took it down just amazed me. I highly recommend Joe, he is the one to call. I was satisfied from the estimate process all the way to the end of the job. Sure there are many demolition Contractors out there but Demo First llc stands out. Joe is an honest young man. I have had companies try and charge me extra money for something that would take them 10 minutes to do, however not this great company. He even helped me carry some wood into my garage, and he wouldn’t accept my tip. It seems to me Joe isn’t so much looking to get rich from customers, he prefers to make a decent living and keep customers happy. Great work, thanks again.
