BUYER BEWARE. I hired Dhoom Decorators for my wedding and reception. The process of communication with Raj and his wife was pleasant and smooth. However, on the day of my wedding, around 10 of the tables had NO decoration on them (we paid for decoration on every single one and discussed in detail how many low vs high height decorations would go on each table). The green wall I asked for was ripping at the seams and you could tell from far away. The mandap I asked for had none of the colors we previously agreed upon. If it wasn't for the day-of coordinator at the event space, some of my guests would have been eating at completely empty/undecorated tables. I am still shaken by this experience, years later. We weren't choosy, we just wanted some decoration on each table and a general theme of color. Raj and Dhoom Decorators weren't able to meet the minimum.

Mandaps by Dhoom were excellent!! Raj might be a man of few words but he knows his work! When Raj sent me the pic of the mandap the night before my wedding, i teared up! It was PHENOMENAL! All my guests loved the mandap. It was truly what i envisioned. I couldnt be more happy about how all the decor came out. He did such a great job! My sister and friends have used him as well and he did exactly what was asked. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Mandaps by Dhoom! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! One thing i would suggest is hiring someone to respond to emails. Other than that, they were awesome!
