Brian was fantastic - reliable, honest and left our gutters is far better shape than he found him. We have built in Yankee gutters so thats really saying something.

Loved working with Brian Ochoa at Spic & Span Pros. From the start, he was very communicative and explained all of the services. He quickly narrowed it down to exactly what I needed, which was not only window washing, but power washing my entire stucco house. I can now see out my windows and there's no more staining on the stucco!! I bought this house a few years ago and I don't think the windows and screens had been cleaned since 1961! Brian got all the work done in one day as planned and I couldn't be happier. Great quality at a good price.
