Do not recommend 2023-12-12 I went to this office for the first time, the receptionist Rosa was asking me personal medical information in front of the entire lobby. I guess hippa laws do not apply here. I told her I was uncomfortable and I would like to speak to the doctor. She refused to let me speak. I left my phone number for the doctor to call me. I never received a call back. I wouldn't be surprised if the doctor never got the msg. I called back to leave another message, Rosa refused to take the message. I am reporting this office to whom will ever listen. Speaking my personal medical history in front of everyone made me feel violated. I would not recommend.

I've been going to Dr. Cogliani since I was in highschool! I saw someone else once and I will never do that again. A lot of women are skeptical about male GYNOs but Cogliani is professional and has a way to make you feel very comfortable with him. Answers questions and isn't rude or abruptive. Highly recommend

I went through nine months of my pregnancy under the supervision of Dr. Koliani, but he left me alone in the last moments and near the time of delivery when I needed him the most! This doctor is not competent in pregnancy medicine for the following reasons: 1- First, he is not an obstetrician and he hides this issue from his patients. He does not give birth at all, and only for the financial benefit of the number of referrals of a pregnant woman compared to normal patients, he observes and accepts them. I realized this when I went to St. Peter's Hospital for delivery. The nurses at the hospital told me this matter. 2- During the critical time of delivery, I called his secretary and informed her that my blood pressure is high and I need the doctor to call me back, but he did not call me back at all! I went to the hospital on Saturday alone and by my own decision (because he did not call me back to tell me what to do!) and, I was admitted to give birth. Despite contacting his secretary, this unethical doctor never once followed up to see how I was doing! 3- The medical documents of my nine months of pregnancy was in his office. After my emergency hospitalization, whenever the hospital nurses called him (several time) to get my medical records, he did not answer the phone! I gave birth without medical records and by chance! 4- At 34 weeks, my hands, face and feet suddenly swelled. I called his secretary and left my number for the doctor to call me back. The doctor called two days later and said it was an allergy and did not even bother himself to do a more detailed examination. At that day, he was at Piscataway's office and I even asked him to go to the office myself to get examined and tested, but he easily and simply rejected! He just ordered me to stop taking my vitamin pills! My problem started exactly from this negligence and it could have ended in my death or my baby's death! I had symptoms of preeclampsia and he didn't even bother himself to check my symptoms! If you don't know what preeclampsia is and how dangerous it is, search on Google! When I went to his office for NT ultrasound at 37 weeks, he noticed my high blood pressure! And he just realized this big mistake he made in my treatment process! I was diagnosed with preeclampsia and I had to give birth as soon as possible. He then took me to a blood test for my liver function and recommended me to Dr. Davda (his friend and obstetrician at St. Peter's Hospital). This happened near the weekend. On Saturday my blood pressure went up and I went to the hospital and was admitted to the emergency room to give birth. On the way to the hospital, I called his office secretary and informed her about this issue. But irresponsible doctor Cogliani did not follow-up at all! He didn't even give my medical record to St. Peter's Hospital so that the doctor who delivered me could not properly assess my condition! So, I gave birth completely by chance! God saved me and my child! Shame on this irresponsible and immoral doctor who does not care about the lives of his patients! Even now that it has been three months since my delivery, he has not called me back once to see how my delivery went despite my problem of preeclampsia. Shame on him! I tell you: he is not obstetrician and he leaves you alone for delivery! He does not care about you and your baby!

Good afternoon, we do not have any staff here with the name Rosa. Please reach out to me directly if you are sure this is the correct doctors office to which you are referring and wish to speak about your experience further. Thank you, Anita (practice manager)
