        The aide that we have from BrightStar is fabulous. She is very pleasant and extremely helpful. She is excellent in helping my wife, Marilyn, with her shower and getting dressed and helping with meals. She quickly learned our household schedule and now does almost everything without us even having to ask. One day, when our aide had to take off, BrightStar sent another aide. She was also very pleasant and helpful. We have not had any communication issues with BrightStar. They have been very responsive to our questions and needs.

        Brightstar is wonderful! They have tremendously helped in taking care of my loved one and have given me peace of mind. They are great to work with and are extremely available and communicative. The owners are wonderful. The aids go above and beyond!
