        Front desk rude...takes days to get responces from anyone.thats the world of medicine when corps takes over. Dr slavin is fine..lord help anyone seriously ill u cannot find adequate anywhere these days. U know what can do with your survey.

        Nasty Office & an UNCARING Anna! Made an appt. on Nov.11. Office sent questionnaire, confirmed medicare, etc. Received confirmation of appt. and made arrangements to change my work schedule for appointment. Three days prior to SCHEDULED appt., office calls to say she is not taking new patients! After waiting 4 weeks, with no apology or owning this debacle, no offer to help in any way!!! Disgrace. Total disregard for the situation and 100% rude and UNPROFESSIONAL! They didnt know this until 2 days prior??? Apparently, many complaints with Better Business Bureau! Consider yourself updated.
