I walked in to make an appointment and met the nicest receptionist Chelsea she was very kind and attentive. She booked me an appointment for a cleaning for my sister with the hygienist Fiorella immediately and they were both amazing. I definitely will be recommending this place to friends and family great patient service!

My boyfriend went here and he was out in less than 1 hour. They took care of his tooth pain which ended up with a tooth extraction. Thank you so much!

Update: It looks like they keep trying to hide this comment. But Im posting an update that 2 fillings fell out, so I had to go to another dentist to get them filled in again. Waste of money. TL;DR: biggest issue was that one of the dental assistants was watching TV while she worked on my tooth & ended up putting the dental curing light right onto my gum & lip which burned.I wanted to hold off on writing this review in order to give them second and third chances. Pros: I appreciate that people are very nice/friendly here, and a handful of the dental assistants & dentists are very competent. However, after getting dental cleaning + 2 rounds of fillings (3 visits in total), I can't hold my tongue anymore. First visit: * They were late in opening (my appointment was at 9am). But it's ok, because there was heavy snow that day for the first time this winter, so people were understandably late. * HOWEVER, I then proceeded to wait another almost 25 minutes before they called me in. * Then for the actual x-ray and cleaning portion, the woman doing these things was more careless than any other dental assistant I've been the client of. She shoved that x-ray thing (sensor? film) into my mouth in these weird positions that I've never had ANY dentist do, such that it kept falling out of place and she kept having to readjust it. Also, it made me really uncomfortable that she literally placed the x-ray directly in front of my face I've never looked INTO the x-ray cylinder face-to-face like that, as other dental offices will usually angle it for safety so it's not parallel to your face, staring at you. * For the cleaning portion, she was again pretty careless and rough. She dug the sharp little metal hook into my gums MULTIPLE times WITH A SCRAPING MOTION because she wasn't paying careful attention. MULTIPLE red flags on the first day. Second visit: * Hella painful but I guess that's what happens with fillings. The shot for the numbing thing hurt like heck as she stabbed it into the back of my mouth. At least she was friendly and knowledgeable. * I really liked the dental assistant as she was a good conversationalist and made me feel reassured. (The one with the colorful blue glasses.) * What I DIDN'T like was that the front desk didn't tell you they upcharge your cost by making you pay for the credit card usage fee (3.5%). All the other dental offices I've been to just charge you for the actual dental work. I thought it was sneaky how they didn't tell you you have to pay for the credit card fee on top of that... Would have been nice to know so it didn't come as a surprise. Third visit: * This was the visit that made me not want to come back. To be fair, the dentist was good and knowledgeable. The fillings hurt like HECK again, but she was thorough in making sure that my bite afterward was okay (i.e., that the fillings weren't too high). Her hand did slip I think toward the end, which meant her drill thing went against the roof/back of my mouth, which hurt... * The thing that made me really upset was the fact that the dental assistant this time (NOT the same one as the second visit), was NOT paying attention. While she was holding the really hot blue light to solidify the fillings, she WASN'T EVEN PAYING ATTENTION. SHE WAS WATCHING TV ("90 Day Fianc" or whatever). Because she wasn't looking, she kept moving the hot blue light so that it felt like part of my gums were burning, and then later she moved it onto my lip so that my lip felt like it was burning. She was staring at that TV like it was her job, which was unprofessional and made me really not want to come back. We're canceling our next dental cleaning here. This has literally been my worst experience at a dental office. The only good thing about this place is that the people are friendly/nice. That's great, but if the actual WORK is subpar among some of the dental assistants who do the x-rays, cleaning, etc., then I'm not coming back. (The dental assistant who did do a good job was the tall lady with the blue glasses kudos to her, she was a highlight.)
