        I get they have a job to do but they did the bare minimum with sending my husband a demand letter for a place he didnt even live at anymore, just emailed it no certified mail. Also wouldnt give him a letter stating he was in the clear, just said "it's good" in an email when I contacted the company he used to rent from. Very unprofessional
