I'm not so happy. I brought in a heavy jacket to get cleaned for which I was charged $35 and when I picked it up it looked as dirty as when I dropped it off so I asked if it could be rubbed with a brush I was told that there was nothing to do because a brush could damage it. Long story short I came home and the next day tested a soft brush, and a damped and dry towels to work the dirt out and the dirt is easily removed so I did the whole jacket myself. I was told the garment would be spot treated and not sure what that means but in my opinion if a garment can't be cleaned the customer shouldn't be charged, you can't just take money from people without doing the work right.
