Made an emergency appointment at 12 pm for an X-ray later that night for my dog suspecting a broken leg. No one mentioned that they would have to sedate my pup and he would have to fast before the X-ray so I was sent away and told to call my primary vet in the AM. I said, I wish someone would have told me when I made the appointment. Per vet, our technicians dont know enough to tell people that. My pup is 6 months old, and barks at everything. My dog is vocal, that doesnt make him aggressive. UPDATE: I didnt feel comfortable leaving my pup here to be admitted after the vet told me they couldnt X-ray unsedated. I took my pup to his regular vet the next day. They were able to get nine images of his broken bones with no issues being unsedated. The vet was even able to manipulate his foot, and I was told he just gave the tech kisses the whole time. We ended up spending less than 1/3 of the original quote from here. Every time I bring him in for an update X-ray now, the techs there joke, oh no here comes the big scary dog. Everyone watch out! :D

Brought my cat there on normal business hours cat was still eating and drinking and going to bathroom,just meowing when he urinated and my suspicion was a UTI and thats it,was charged 165$ just to walk in door and was given a estimate of 500$ so opted for just the antibiotics and thats it walked out with a 250$ bill because they blew it up into a full blown blockage,Never again

If I could give negative 0 stars I would. Dont go here! RUN ! They act like dont they even want to help you. Ive been there 2 times, once last year and the visit was OK, but they tried to quadruple charge me for a medication my dog needed if I purchased it from them (very shady)so I didnt get it from them I ended up getting it from Costco for WAY less than what they were going to charge. Fast forward to yesterday. I called to see if they could take my dog in for an emergency for a leg injury, they said yes, and when I got there it was no one at the front desk it took almost 10 mins for someone to come from the back. Finally when my dog was allowed in for evaluation the doctor (Indian male doctor) was very very arrogant, rude, and extremely unhelpful. He almost seemed to be be afraid of my dog, even though my dog isnt aggressive he was hyper and scared. I agreed to let him be muzzled and he sends his tech in and she was just as lazy and no urgency as him, they want me to do everything like there was no urgency or empathy from either one of them at ALL. I bring my dog in for an emergency and you expect me to do the job the vet tech should be doing then why am I paying for an emergency appointment? The vet never even touched my dog, he did no type of assessment whatsoever but was just ready to just prescribe a medicationlike seriously! I just left and Ill never return there againhorrible customer service and horrible bedside service and Ill be sure to let all of my neighbors know as well as the dog communities Im a part of know to NEVER bring their pets their for and emergency! Theyre Rip offs, and they dont care !!
