        I have never met two young and super professionals in a LONG TIME, such as Carlos and Nadeem; life savers. I walked into T-Mobile in Phillipsburg feeling so downtrodden and depressed having gone through the loss of my adult son, and felt as though the entire weight of the world was on my shoulders. Carlos and Nadeem helped me out of a jam, and I was able to procure a phone within minutes! They treated me with dignity and grace, and we even had a few laughs. They were extremely KIND and respectful and made me feel 'important'. I left the store with MY heart filled with joy and a wonderful experience. I intend to send customers their way, as being on a fixed income, this lowered my monthly bill by 50%, if not more. Yes to T-Mobile!!! I hope these gentlemen are acknowledged for a job WELL DONE!!!

        What a great experience I had at T-Mobil in Washington! Amanda went above and beyond for me. I dropped my phone, and it wasn't working properly; I also needed a new modem and was super stressed out. She set it all up, so all I had to do, was plug it in! The following day, my new phone came in and it took a while for the transfer to my new phone. Chris, Debbie, and Yaz were all also great in assisting one another to make sure all customers were well taken care of. They are a great team there! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

        I had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile retail store, and its all thanks to Carlos! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my mobile needs but also had a great sense of humor. Carlos made the entire process enjoyable, and I couldnt help but appreciate his friendly attitude. Plus, I have to admit, hes not bad to look at either! Overall, a top-notch experience at this store, and I highly recommend it.
