        Horrible!!! I requested a Penske cargo van rental to move a family member home from FL. When I arrived at the Home Depot in FL to pick it up they gave me a 16 foot truck! Not only was it way too big for my stuff but I would have had to lift everything 2-3 foot off the ground to load it! The truck was huge, cant believe you dont need a CDL LICENSE to drive it!!! I almost hit another vehicle trying to park it!!! Thank God for U haul!!!! They had a 10 truck rental same day, two blocks away! Very clean, Low loading step, instructions on the dash board for height clearance, gas mileage, towing, etc! And a backup camera! I will never rent from Penske again!!! If you actually want to get the vehicle that you requested- go to Uhaul!!!
