Aloha! We just had a brand new phone system installed yesterday in our office without issues located in San Mateo. CA. It was the newest and greatest VOIP phone system available! Dan McCoy of Tech Subluxation helped install it correctly and provided us technology that has not been updated in over 5 years! And he did this all remotely!! Needless to say we are very excited and now we can send text messages to our patients from our office phones in a HIPPA Compliant manner! Switching my IT company to Tech Subluxation was hands down the best business decision I have made. I purchased an existing practice that needed upgrading when I say upgrading Dan and his team helped me transform pretty much every technological aspect of my clinic.. a new phone system (and killer automated answering service that can forward to my cell after hours), new online fax (so I dont have to waste paper and can save/print the faxes I need to keep), new computers (he had someone come install and program them yes they even called my EHR program to install it all for me), setting up my credit card processor (again they called the company and sat on the phone to go through the process of setting it up), HIPAA compliance training (they provide monthly scans/stats to show me the improvements I need to make), set up email addresses for my team, online file storage (yes I can access my work files from home and even my phone in a compliant manner!), they continuously monitor our systems (if something goes down or offline they are usually fixing it before we even notice!) and the list goes on and on.
