Mr. John arrived on time and was personable. Our dryer was squeelin when he arrived and now its quiet. He was efficient and made sure we were happy before leaving. Definately recommend for repairs!!!

I called Cardinal after calling about 8 other competitors when my washer stopped working Sunday Morning. I spoke with John from Cardinal on Monday. He was professional. He was honest with me about needing a part that he needed to order. I told him I needed my washer fixed by no later than Thursday night, so I could wash my sons clothes before he headed to States on Friday! He assured me as soon as the part was delivered to his home he would come to fix the problem. John came after normal business hours tonight to work on the washer. He made sure it was draining before he left. It is Thursday night and we have finished 2 loads of laundry and our only focus now is cheering my son on tomorrow and Saturday. I am a single mom, three kids and a full time job. I needed someone to fix my LG washer which stopped draining water. John replaced the pump and quoted a fraction of the price of all other competitors. I value quality, cost, and professional attitudes. I will call Cardinal Appliance for all my future appliance repair needs first! Several other businesses I called were rude, or cost too much, or never called me back, or could not schedule soon enough, and most of them would not work on LG! John with Cardinal was opposite of all of those negatives! He made my day! One happy mom;)

We had a very pleasant experience with Cardinal Appliance repair. We were having an issue with our washer and they came out promptly to look at it. Due to the age of the washer, the cost of the repair would have exceeded the value of the machine. However, they were able to sell us a much newer used washer at a very reasonable price. The old machine was removed and the new one was installed the same afternoon as the service call. Not only did we save a lot of money, but I was saved the hassle of shopping for a new appliance and waiting for it to be delivered.

John went out of his way to get my refrigerator back up and running. He was quick to reply to my call and kept me in the loop throughout the process.
