        When I moved in apartment wasn't even painted. Getting them to adjust the entryway lights so that they were on when it was still dark out, as well as most repairs was like pulling teeth. Laundry machines are garbage. In the spirit of being honest and impartial, they got a new manager just as I was leaving, and they actually got my last repair done in a timely manner, but I still would not recommend this place to anyone. If the property replies to this review with "We're sorry to hear about your experience...", just screw off. Way too little, way too late. Spend less time writing insincere apologies and get your property's act together

        Orchard court has taken good care of us since we moved in. Staff and maintenance are extremely kind and caring. The apartment is very nice along with the community, and it being animal friendly is great plus! Thanks!!

        orchard court is a great place to call home! It is very quiet and peaceful. The new laundry rooms are great once it was explaned, it was easy. thanks for the help!!

        I have lived at orchard court since 2013. I have always enjoyed living here. Most recently there has been a lot of improvements including the pool area, laundry rooms, repaving of the roads and parking spaces. The maintenance guys are always there for your needs Orchard court is a great place to call home.
