I absolutely love the store and the supplies that they have would have been 5 stars, but the customer service and hours are lacking. For the exception of Stephanie, A nice person and very knowledgeable I'm assuming the only woman that works there the rest of the staff Seems a bit off-putting, they act like they don't wanna wait on you. They completely ignore you you walk in the door And they look at you like you don't belong in there. They are open to the public and they need to act like it. To the owner, get your staff trained in customer service etiquette. Or higher more women, because those men suck big time as you can see from the other reviews. You know what they say about reviews If more than one person is complaining about the same thing that's the Common denominator issue. I don't care if you're spending $2 or 10 million dollars. Everyone should be treated with the same respect.

Mark always provides my partner and I great customer service. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. We have had several appliances delivered and had excellent service. We cannot say enough good things about our experiences. Love this store!
