There is no good they are not representing their clients, they are representing the defendants, all defendants are their clients. Due to the defendants' 2 attorneys' request for documents that were irrelevant to our case, they let their clients down in their case. The Ciecka Attorneys resigned their representation for our case, stating that we had not cooperated with their attorneys. As a result, they don't write the real reason because it is against our rights and they could lose their license. There was a lot of evidence in our favor. We have been having a hard time finding a lawyer since their resignation. I am now learning how to protect my rights. Everyone needs a lawyer, so they should learn to protect themselves, in this way they won't confuse you. Lawyers don't file a Motion Protective Order to avoid being intimidated by attorneys representing the defendant's insurance companies.
