I contracted Ted to add an upstairs bathroom to my house. The carpentry work, which he did personally, was very well done. However, it has been a plumbing nightmare. At first, Ted was helpful and communicative, but as the issues mounted communication stopped and I've been forced to deal with the issues myself. The plumber that he used left insulation in the drain pipe, causing a blockage, and also had incredibly shoddy pipe work that has caused issues to this day. Construction was completed in 2016. Would recommend for carpentry exclusively, but customer service was considerably below expectations, and if you want any kind of plumbing done, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
